Buttwork Over the 12 years I have been doing this work I have come to realize the importance of teaching men to be receptive to the pleasure of the butt.Without exception I find clients will acknowledge some pleasure once they relax and trust that I am not going to penetrate the sphincter - but simply massage the outer area. Most sensation is on the external sphincter and this is where initial exploration begins. Once the body learns to trust the pleasure of this stimulation we can then begin to slowly explore penetration.
